Step 1: Choose a Medium
Photo Rag
In my opinion, this is the finest paper in the industry. This 100% cotton, 308 grams / square meter material oozes museum quality. It has a fine structure and a matte finish. This print features a white border to help you mount it and it comes rolled in a cardboard tube. You have to mount and frame this one yourself.
Ultra-HD Acrylic Print
At first I thought “Ultra-HD” was just another marketing term, but it’s true: these prints look terrific. It’s printed on Fuji Crystal Professional Archive Maxima, a lustre paper behind 2 mm of high gloss acrylic. Blacks look truly black and the colors dazzle the eye. This stuff is state of the art. Mounted, but unframed.
Solid Wood Passe-Partout Frame with Photo Rag
The best of the best. This is the material that normally only makes it in art museums. I have a couple of these myself at home, because I absolutely adore looking at the craftsmanship of the solid ash wooden frame and durable Miroglass. These works of art will last several generations!

Portfolio box: “Within the Blast Radius”
This collection of solargraphs is special to me. For that reason, I’ve created a limited edition portfolio box to commemorate these 10 six-month exposures. The one that does not quite fit the style of the ones above is “Buster Able”, named after a nuclear test that fizzled out:
Its story is fascinating. As we see a few orange streaks op in the left corner, it did spend time in the tree that I tie-wrapped a beer can to that all of these images were captured with. But this one got blown off by the wind and somehow ended face-up looking at the sky with trees in the corners and its previous home at the bottom. It’s the one solargraph with the most detail in the foreground because it wasn’t in a swaying pine for six months.
I’ve included this image to showcase all 10 of the surviving pinhole camera images from the first half of 2026, plus a gift comes with the first orders.
Prints: Fast and Easy
If you don’t care about my signature nor limited editions, then I highly suggest going to ARTHEROES (in English, other languages below). Many prints are available there, in a wide variety of options like canvas, alu dibond and plexi. Here are the direct links to the Dutch, German and French websites.
