Glowing Mushrooms

The Dark Forest is host to a number of alien-looking species that induce vivid dreamy imagery. What started out as a side project, became the most popular gallery on social media years ago now.

While there is a written guide and a video explaining how I create glowing mushroom photos in the field, that's truly just a small part of it.

It involves shooting multiple photos and/or multiple focus stacks.

The real magic happens when we put those images together in post and as we start working on the combined result.
